Our attorneys are John W. Ballew Jr., Victor E. Covalt III, Natalie S. Hazen and Jennifer L. Tricker. Attorneys Ballew and Covalt opened this firm in 1999, after more than 50 years of combined service elsewhere.
Attorney John W. Ballew Jr. is licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Nebraska. He's one of only 10 lawyers in Nebraska admitted to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is the only lawyer in Nebraska to be board certified as a Family Law Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He's been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" since 2001.
Attorney Victor Covalt helped form our firm after working for 18 years with the law firm of Woods & Aitken. He's licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Nebraska. He served as the chair of the bankruptcy section of the Nebraska State Bar Association and he's a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Attorney Natalie S. Hazen is licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Nebraska and Iowa. Attorney Jennifer L. Tricker is licensed to practice before all state and local courts in Nebraska.
